Indiana. During my tenure with PCA, I held increasing positions of
authority and responsibility from assistant manager of the Evansville
Field Office to vice-president of credit of the association. Major
areas of responsibility were processing and disbursing loans at the
field office level to directing and monitoring lending functions
as vice-president credit; developed lending computer record-keeping
system available to farmers; managing all loan related assets including
high-risk loans, foreclosures, bankruptcy, acquired property and
sales contracts; performing internal credit reviews of the association;
real estate appraisals and real estate reviews of farm and rural
housing property; personal property analysis and reviews of the same
with comprehensive reports to the board of directors and the Federal
Intermediate Credit Bank of Louisville, Kentucky.
